1. Edit the grub file
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
2. Add two parameters
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pci=noaer"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pci=nomsi"
3.Restart Grub
sudo grub-reboot

ReplyDeleteIf you are using Dell system, I would suggest you to install Ubuntu 16 or Ubuntu 18 LTS versions.
I was having the issue when I was using Ubuntu 19. Then I formated it with fresh Ubuntu 20. Both the cases the issue remain same.
Then I had to format back to Ubuntu 16.
Now the issue is not occuring with me.
